Garment Technologist Manager Location : Cilincing	Number 1 Apparel company in Indonesia (Local)	• Having Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any Major • Having Minimum 10 year(s) experience as Garment Technologist • Expertise in Garment Technical Skill (Men shirt & blouse) & Pattern making • Have a good skill to train people (cut-sew-presentation method) • Have a good knowledge on machine setting (e.g fusing condition, SPI) • Have a good knowledge on garment operation breakdown (cutting process, sewing process, presentation process) • Have a good communication skill, can speak English and Mandarin language is a must. • Have a good Leadership Skill

General Requirements:

- Quality and performance are key issues

- Good leadership and able to interface effectively with all levels in a cross functions organization

- Willing to travelling and ready to be assigned on any project site in Indonesia

- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia in written and oral communication
